So the icons you want are in textures\Unit_Infocard2.tga and the .brushes file is in window\InfoCardIcon-Ship.brushes The size of the icon is 22x22 px
Evaders99
Hey, if you want make some new icons... be my guest. I think the YV and NR might need them :)
I believe all the icons are a standard square. I'll get the specs when I get back, but it's all in the brushes file. You shouldn't need to edit it.
There is a .brushes file that maps where the coordinates point to. I would suggest just replacing the existing graphic, so that you use the same coordinates defined in the .brushes file
Death Star won't be in the game unless Stardock implements a "destroy planet" Superlaser ability :)
Scaling is done within the limits of the game, in order to make for better gameplay. It isn't trying to fullfill true scale, otherwise planets would be really large and everything else is super small. If there is a question of whether it's 100% realistic, no. But I'm sure Eville has done the best he can. If there are obvious scaling errors, please report them as bugs As to the map: Star Wars Atlas , nuff said. Someone with time needs to work on i
SOGE is the folder where you placed the mod Not sure about the Nebulon B - suggest you file as a bug
The scale of the ships is intentional, to support larger battlefield and number of ships. I don't see Eville Jedi changing it again, as it will probably require resizing all the models. Minidump fix is here Next release will probably have the NR and YV factions :)
These aren't the droids you're looking for... but this is the mod you're looking for: Sins of a Galactic Empire SOGE is meant as the SW total conversion while Requiem is the SW supplement to the existing Sins factions. Two projects with a similar base but different goals. Play both of them, they are excellant projects!
Beta testing... apply now! Get a free NR or VY cruiser :) (Disclaimer: not responsible for minidumps, errors, or outbursts of random Bruk tukken Vong pratte, al'tanna brenzlit tchurokk !)
Saved games can minidump because Sins will store lots of details on the running state, which may not be reapplied even if the game files themselves change. A clean game is recommended with file changes :)
Suggest to try this until the next release comes out http://warlords.swrebellion.com/mantis/view.php?id=502
Neat. I don't know if anywhere to use them, but good to have :)
Minidump files do not help - we have no way to read them. You need to isolate the crash to a specific ability, ship, etc. If you can isolate the problem, please report it to our bug tracker
So far, yes. Stardock hasn't changed much of it that would affect the mod
Umm, you realize there really isn't much of a story. There isn't a single-player campaign or anything. Just maps (I know, I'm disappointed by the lack of campaign too)
I know this is an old thread, but since someone bumped it up anyway... Star Wars Atlas. Star Wars Atlas. Star Wars Atlas. :)
I'm confused, why would you want to see the icons AND the ships? Shouldn't the icons represent the ships when they are no longer in the level of detail
If you have it, then sure... currently we're making 0 dollars on this mod. (In fact, negative considering our own hosting costs)
Has not been tested on 1.05 Ships are sized for larger space battles. Yes, you have to zoom-in and zoom-out, deal with it :)
I didn't specify which mod he would be developing... all I know, it could be a Space Ewoks mod... :)
Please contribute to the "pay Eville Jedi for full time mod development" fund: [email protected] Minimum contribution: 6 figures and higher :)
I don't know if there's anyone working on adding other mods at the moment. If you're interested, feel free to do it
Please tell us what version of Sins you are using and what directory you are placing the mod in
