And if you had read the whole thread before posting, you would see he is listening to those who post constructivly...

Personally I think that it is the support cruisers that should be disabled, not the heavy cruisers, as it is usually support abilities such as repair, repulsion and the shield sharing that determine the outcome of a battle.
Most ships with more than one weapon (largely cap ships) have them spread out in such a way that they can't all target the same target, so some of the weapon banks will fire at something other than what you tell the ship to fire at (TEC battleships are one of these). Sounds like your describing the iconus guarding btw, which was mentioned by kitkun. That bubble effect is them sharing damage done on the shield of ships around it which can make things hard to kill, try targeting those fi
I'm pretty sure you have to give the structure the "phase gate node" effect/ability but I'm not mod savy enough to know how to do that.
This topic has been discussed more times in the past than I would care to remember. It was given a staunch "not now and probably not later" in each one.
Flagships are already in the game, it is your highest level cap ship that serves as the "lead ship" for your fleet.
And so that customer service that you never called is horrible because of this?
You seriously trust game magazine reviews? Have you not seen all the scandals and shady advertising issues that have been in existence almost as long as the reviewers themselves? Over 20 years of actually paying attention( I was reading slightly longer) I've seen some true turds get 9/10 and had it come down to pressured reviewers, hoodwinked reviewers and the company's bottom line. The only thing I really trust at this point is my own play experience. Just like all restaurants don't offe
Do you mean the tech tree as in resarchable techs or the tech tree as in the unit and building tree?
Also, the minidump issue has nothing to do with the power of your computer. It has to do with the way multiplayer saved games work(correct me if I am wrong on this one).
Ok, I will (unless I'm wrong too, which has been known to occur). A minidump is not an error. A minidump is a detailed description of any error that occurs in sins. It is a file that will tell the devs (if any of you whiners bother to send it) what went wrong and why (with their knowhow). If you wan
This is just a wah wah i lost to an advent player thread. Please don't feed the trolls.
But Sidelar, Advent strikecraft are weaker per indiviual unit than tec.
Yeah, everytime i find an artifact I pray it's not an identical one because i've never seen the effects stack, but maybe I'm missing something. But yeah, there are definately duplicate artifacts.
It looks an awful lot like a vasari overseer...
Perhaps research?- PR-0927Isn't the nanite attack a level 6 ability? Ahriman said it was a level 1 Evacuator.
No, the devastator has a level 6 nanite ability, but the evacuator's can be level 1.
Umm, the OP didn't say anywhere that he hasn't played the game yet, infact, I got the distinct impression that he HAS played the game...
does anyone know if firefly will ever come back on tv? it was great, then again the movie serenity kinda closed that off. id like to hear wat people have to say.I watch a TV marathon on the Scifi channel. It was a good show but it seemed kind of stupid when they use weapons that seems like it belongs to the wild western era.
That was kinda the point of it, a western in space...
It would like really nice...unfortunately, it would not look realistic. I really don't understand why people think that 500m long ships dogfighting in space is realistic. I can't see that at all. And when ships using lasers, that is weapons that travel at the speed of light, and use targeting computers to ensure a 99.99% accuracy rating can be dodged just because some huge lumbering ship moved, it somehow seems very unrealistic to me.
Sure it's not Space Ponies?
Yeah, I have a big problem with the vasari voices, because they sound very human, just raspy. They I'm thinking every effort that was made to make them sound human was done by the voice actor/s and nobody changed anything after the recording.
Yeah, I'm not a big fan of putting spyware on my pc. I'm thinking my anti-virus would detect it as such and delete it after the first scan too. And I'm not making an exception for it because you know someone is going to model a real virus or spyware after this activation and once I make the exception, my anti-virus won't detect either as being malicious.
That's how it was in the beta, with a counter for the labs, no idea why they took it away...
Well he's not going to get an easy answer with an attitude like that.
Also, has it dawned on you that galcivs sold a ton of games because its good? Not because it had minimal to no anti piracy in it?
That was his point, that a good game will sell well regardless of whether it is copy write protected. I'll try to help you out here since you seem to think anyone who disagrees with DRM somehow supports piracy. I think I speak for most if not all anti-drm posters in this thread when I say, none of us support piracy, we just rec

It might be slow at times, but how often is it downright down? Not directed at anyone except pirates: You are the reason we have to deal with this crap. Purchase the damn game and have some honor.
