yes to the planets you get mushroom clouds but no scorched earth no hulks as far as i know, there are gas clouds and stuff, naming ask the devs and finaly the counter is very sadistic

maby it kills or disables or somthing everything in the gravwell(friend and foe) and so thoose ships had just left before it fired OR maby its facing the other way?
