open betas are about a years worth of complaints? and chaintim its even worse in aus pc games are in the $80-$100 price range for a new one and xbox/console games can be $100-$120 for a new onw probbly more. thats why these days i buy games from america via online distrabution so much cheaper (saved $50 on the orange box :CONGRAT:)

well by the looks its already set up to use the tec buildings and caps so im gona go and maby make pirate modified cap ships after a while you can get what is there as a playable race by going into your gameinfo and going down to PlayerPirate.entity and setting the isplayable to TRUE im getting a bug from just doing that though where no starting stuff shows up (no builder no factories only a planet where i cant do anything) if you get that tell me and il post the fix which i am hunting down

well if youv fried your gpu then you will need to get a new computer but im prety sure you could run sins sins can probbly run on any computer up to a couple of years old (when i say couple i mean about 2 or less)

a way to play back saved games in general would be good in my oppinion because then you could watch it and have another look at what you were doing without having to wory about controlling everything you could then see what happened if say the enemy drove a wedge through half your planets you could see why the defeces dident hold and rectefy that maby just a replay system woudld do it but a way to watch a game mid way through and then play when its finished from where it finished would be good

i had another game earlyer and i think it updated ut after the first research it went to an illogical number and stayed there (it went up 10% from 10 to 12...) so i duno whats going on there

the fact that its downloading via a dlm at all should mean that your file dosent stop genraly that hapens to me when the connection is particularly slow. on a side note whats your usual download speed mines about... 25kb/s and i had it over night (25kb/s on dsl... thats aussie internet for you)

oh thanks for that and i was refering to ship info cards because whenever i look at em they dont change so i assume it will be updated in the final release annatar its right in the middle and its facing away from you ... the engines arnt quite right but it looks strikingly similar

ok i have a few questions about the current game and what will be in the final release also what will we be able to do with the game first off does the info card update the damage thingy when you do research to update it and if it dosent now will it? second can you/will you be able to have multiple fx tied to one weapon? third whats the chances of pre orders getting it before it hits the shelves?
