THANKS! The manual should help greatly. I didn't realize the Titan Foundry was in the tactical structures, I thought it would be grouped with the Frigate Factory and Capital Ship Factory.
Yeah, it is strange it's a tactical and not a logistical structure. Perhaps a balance reason? Or they just didn't have room in the logistical structure selection window for it :p
And no one answered my question, where does the Titan come out? Do I need to research all the Fleet Logistics stuff before I can get it? I have all the Eradica Prototype research completed.
When you research the first Titan stage, a new tactical structure "Titan Foundry" becomes available. That is the factory for building the Titan.

Steam is nice, and i'm a long time regular user. However it does have it questions and problems. Like earlier in the thread was questioned, what happens when Steam disappears? Also there are cases of billing disputes resulting in Valve banning the user's account, and him losing all games he had on it. And as a more everyday problem, today Sins Rebllion will be released, but a Skyrim Update was published yesterday that will break the mods i'm using with it. Due to Steam's "do n
It's a pretty silly ability gameplay-wise, but does fit the theme of their faction. I usually don't even level it up, i rather use those points for level 4 Chastic Burst and Strength of the Fallen.
Ragnarov or Eradica, not sure which i like better. Raganrov is a gun with an engine and a bunch of smaller guns that make short work of the enemy. It simply outputs alot of damage, nothing special about it. Bonus points for "Expand and Exterminate!" [e digicons][/e] Eradica outputs a lot of damage too, if not as wide area as Raganrov. and has a powerful AoE attack. Additionally it gets stronger when ships near it die. Haven't used the other two abilities of it, but

I've had that too, a scout insisted on attacking a defense platform and i couldn't toggle the auto-attack off, so i had to put it chasing it's tail to make it survive until the defenses were destroyed. Distantly related, siege frigates with auto-attack on insist on attacking structures and ships after the planet has been bombed. A real good way to get them killed.
I just saw one next to a Vulkoras, and the scorpion is indeed huge. I wouldn't mind if it got shrinked a bit.
