No, they use that ability when nothing is happening.

Noticed that too, have to do it the old-fashioned way; plow trough them with a ship that has enough shields to not notice.
I only play SP, and always have few Adjudictors. Mostly to help speed up clearing the planets of enemy structures, my fleet deals with defensive structures and starbases, Adjudicators are there just for the cleaning duty.
Found a new favorite: "In the name of the unity" of advent loyalists. Ive yet to hear that in game though. Also i dislike the fact that faction-specific music only plays once at the start of the game, couldn't it be made to play more often?
I love "Defending the Colony". Music has always been great in Sins, and Rebellion is no exception [e digicons][/e]

I like the sound of those tech tree changes, but it sounds like the Artificial Incomptence will still think it doesn't need any stinking frigates or cruisers, only capital ships and novaliths [e digicons]:annoyed:[/e]
Turrets are just to delay the enemy, the real defense is in the hangars. But those are useless against large fleets too. If you want to defend a world, you need a combat-specced starbase, but mostly defenses exist to give you time to send your fleet to deal with the enemy. One thing to remeber: order fighters to take out siege frigates and bombers to take out anti-structure cruisers first. That gives you more time to send reinforcements.

I got the "mission complete" speech from an Advent player, but the voice was TECs. Though that was only once out of several times it worked correctly. Also i got "artifact discovered" sound when discovering special planet properties, i didn't hear the right clip for that one.

However i have 5 hours old game that has two loyalist TECs, and the only Novalith in the game is mine, so it's not consistent behaviour. They also spammed LRFs instead of capital ships this time. This was on the Nemesis map, so it just may be because i took the volcanic and terran planet early, maybe they didn't have the resources to commit to that strategy?

Especially bad for the Titan if part of the fleet, it's just refomrs fleet without attacking. So i just make the Titan it's own fleet. While doing that i also noticed that Titans aren't automaticaly pinned, haven't cheked if that setting is in options, though.

Aww, just as i got an Eradica to level 8. Oh well, there were some bugs, maybe they'll fixed by the time they return.
Well, i got my revenge. I had forgotten what the Advent are all about: shields, strikecraft and combined special abilities [e digicons][/e] Still to me it seems that Advent (rebels) corevttes get destroyed much quicker than TEC ones.
I did, but their range is shorter than the starbase's missile's. And with fully upgraded health it has much more than enough time to kill the Adjudicators with missiles. Not to mention it had heavy strikecraft support.
