a frakking campaign!

be careful about firing it into different star systems. If you colonize the world, 30 minutes later your cannon shell might obliterate it (if you haven't maxed out the planet health) which happened to me when I had 6 cannons firing 2 shells at a various worlds I had scouted and later colonized. Nothing like 12 worlds getting bombed out of existence by friendly fire.
There is enough Aerotech in the BT lore for Clan and Freebirth scum... I mean Inner Sphere. or just get a bunch of BT junkies to all play TEC for IS and Vasari for Clan :CONGRAT:
Mine777, Googled for star maps and star system images. The battletech map I found after googling "Inner Sphere Maps" /smacks the trolls/GOONS
The solar system design itself needs a total reworking for a SPACE/SCI-FI game. The maps are unrealistic to the extreme and seem like someone looks at a map of some nation, locates the cities, lakes, mines, farmland and has made a rough translation of that to the screwy solar system design. This isn't suppose to be an Age of Empires rip-off where we are playing a better island map connected by bridges. This is a space based game. This is not... Yahoo Sins Maps... </P
doh... lolz. k, it's late. tier 3 empire research...
The Vasari imho should not even have credits. They enslave worlds. Instead of credits, they should be about the metal and crystal with upgrades to the "colonized" world giving bonuses to metal and crystal output at mines in orbit. The remnant or exodus fleet that arrived in trader space is focusing on draining as much from their staging areas as possible to create a beach-head against whatever is pursuing them. Please eliminate the credits from Vasari completely and focus them on metal/cryst
have fleet hold position when engaging a pirate base. get the enemy to come to you, rape them, then destroy all turrets in series (shift+Click) with fleet and fighters/bombers. Works like a charm, only suffered minor losses. Truthfully, the Vasari seem rather gimped after starting out playing TEC in the SP maps and then Advent... /drools over advent... and then I get to Vasari and go WTF?! My colony ships can't deal with the conquerable metal/crystal? They just seem tough as hell to
maybe use a 3d printer? Would so kick ass to have a small TEC fleet for miniature gaming.
how about fixing revarie so disable the ship and can keep shooting the damn target? very annoying to disable the enemy and have to wait to be able to pound it to bits.
seeing a "realistic" solar system build -yes, I was an EVE player and liked it- ie... that galaxy forge built solar systems semi-realistically -wtf is with ice planets near the sun? /sighs
So THAT'S why TEC have shield generators. I always found it odd that they could defend against their own superweapon, usually enemies aren't the same race. Now I know.So true....FF/onWere is the buttom?
Aren't we afraid of Gov'Agro? Why wouldn't we still fear our government in the future?
Lucas can kiss my ass. I've bought about 10 PC titles, mostly SW type games, and Force Unleashed not coming to PC just sucks bantha scrotum.
send out multiple gangs of 10 kodiaks to destroy all but colonies themselves, force them to micromanage themselves to death :CONGRAT: push 4-5 kodiak gangs through the choke(s) into multiple systems forcing them to split off their fleet or stumble into your own stronghold. if you can keep them running around putting out fires instead of pressing you, just build up, be a pain, and then nail them with the big guns.
please, for the love of all that is good and fluffy, when i select all of one class of ship let me frakking active their special ability -for all of them- by clicking the icon instead of having to click each and every damn ship to activate the special ability. global activate would be very nice. area affect for ion cannon would help... splash increases warp time. tired of having frig/cruiser fleets of 30-40 ships escape from 100 of my ships and only killing
Your government is trying to reverse engineer completely alien technology, go figure.
wait until you randomly generate a 5 sun map with 5 cluster with 4 randoms thrown in. Get a map with up to 300 planets... omfg. royally pisses me off that the AI runs away all the damn time. Embargo needs to have a stacked increase to warp time so my fleet can pwn them. WTF (why in this case) does it take so bloody long for 20 kodiaks to catch a single rank 2 battleship; they aren't activating their damn Afterburners!!!
the universities fell first which is why the education system is in the state it's in and the public schools start teaching kindergarteners about mastubation, homosexual lifestyles, give them condoms in 7-8 grade so they can experiment with whatever feels good until they figure out what sexual orientation they are, then wonder why there are so many teen mothers, students with sexually transmitted diseases, and so many students acting in immoral/crimal ways in high school. Yup, Godless c
The major problem with evolution as taught in public schools, K-12, is that it completely denies God's existence and thus our inherent value to Him as His creation which implies that He does care for our well being, desires a relationship with us, and has expectations regarding our morals, values and views toward ourselves and others. I see nothing wrong with acknowledging GOD as the Designer, telling the previous 5 generations of children they are not the creation of God but the result
This is why I generally avoid RTS Multiplayer games... the dreaded noob crush. After playing around on 10 different maps in the idiotic single player maps and a couple of multiplayer games, the game is more boring than watching iron rust. Again DEV's, thanks for the lack of real development and selling me an early beta version for $40. At least galaxy forge was fun. Enjoy this map.[link="http://home.comcast.net/~futher/Serkarian_Rift.zip"]Serkarian Rift[/link] 2 Playe
if you have wormhole travel researched, civi tech L5 iirc, click on the center of the wormhole to enter it and emerge at the other end.
Several needed things to make SINS feel like a final beta-release instead of a half-assed beta: 1. Please look at EVE-Online solar systems for a clue. Primary Zoom level: stars. Secondary Zoom level: Planets within that star. Tertiary Zoom level: moons and asteroid belts around planet. Quaternary Zoom level: close up viewing. 2. Solar systems built logically or semi-logically based on real solar system models. Hottest near to the planet, coldest farth
Yes to prefab solar systems and planets with moons (1-4 that are basically dead asteroids). This is space, don't be afraid of dazzling us with it. Quick games with set tech levels. It takes a long time to tech up to level 7 and 2 in each area or even stage 4 in each research area. Being able to jump into a match starting at Tech stage 4 with a max of 6 and appropriate resources so people can jump into a fight would be appreciated. Kill the idiot spawn rushing with planetary

Might be the map size, which is huge or the volume of space per pixel. Occurs in this custom map. In those that came with SINS, there isn't a problem. why is it that sometimes when I make a map, when I zoom to a planet with units are they not easily visible? They are hidden unless I click them in the side bar and zoom in close.
