Contact support if you cannot work it out. You need to be on version 1.13 and have ports 6000 and 7000 open. If you get past that ICO part, you need to create an account (add your cd key with dashes iirc) and then add one or more players to the account. Then select an account to play.

Did you read the manual? You need to patch from Impulse (As per your other post -https://forums.sinsofasolarempire.com/338923/) The version you need is 1.13 - Get it from Impulse. Then you need to ensure you have all required ports open - 6000, 7000 etc...

You mean Vanilla Sins (1.00) and Entrenchment? As one install no. But you could install Sins 1.00, copy the folder somewhere else and then let Entrenchment install over the top. But I ask why would you want to. I tried 1.00 at Xmas (don't ask why - away from home with laptop and no patch) and it sucks compared to Sins now.

Make sure Impulse is running in Admin mode and that your AV isn't causing an issue. Maybe suspend it temporarily.
