I can add what the techs do as well if you need it. Otherwise if you were looking for specific techs just to recall which faction was which mission accomplished. :)

I do see this as well. However, I think this might be working as intended. The AI may be enticing other players / AI to attack you specifically. When it's a 1v1 I do see it as more of a bug when it isn't from karmic retribution (Advent trade ship tech).
I rated the capital ships on how much utility they give to my fleet. I know some abilities make other ships more important to strategies and countering certain types of spam(from a MP POV). Which in my opinion isn't easily measured in a poll like this outside of asking "When faced with "X" situation, how would your rate these ships". Nice poll though.

I saw another post mention if the planet is destroyed through bombardment while the stripped to the core is in progress it'll cause a minidump.
The ability is better micro'd. If you're just facing off with a fleet I think it's better with the debuff. If the ships are trying to run / phase jump the full disable is more useful.
If it's from a previous update then the save is dead. If it's a current save check that the save file isn't read-only.
In the effects section try turning all of the "Bump" options to "Low".

I only get minidumps on ICO, otherwise it's a runtime error / CTD without any message. It's getting particularly annoying since in the past it was an occasional thing (Once or twice a week). Now I can't get passed 20-40 minutes of continuous play.

I just finished a game using the VLT. I never played the vasari before release so I'm not sure how the old ability worked. If it spawned ship from the dark fleet at critical health, but also phased out the titan and completed all cooldowns, it could have a chance to use the maw or in grav phase jump. Just a raw idea without taking specific match ups for balance.

Are you sure they don't buy / sell resources? I only play on ICO once a week but in my sp games the market booms and crashes all the time. So if the AI isn't influencing the market it must just be random.
Also many overlook that phase stabilizer nodes only work in the same system, not across stars. If that is your issue anyway.
You can also play with people on ICO (multiplayer) in games marked Comp Stomp or vs AI. This is the easiest way to see and compare how well others handle the situation you're having trouble with.

Just tried to play a match 4 times on ICO. Medium 2v2 2 Players (Vasari Loyalists + Rebels) vs 2 random AI Teams Locked The first time I crashed within 5 minutes with no error of any kind. The next 3 times around the 15 minute mark I hear "Times have changed and so have our goals" Then the game crashes. This is unusual since teams are locked and my ally is human. I already sent in the dump file, is anyone else experiencing this?
Maybe culture should have its' own sub tab with many more research subjects to make it a much larger specialization / commitment.

Your choices and defensibility are somewhere limited. You can't deploy anything in a plasma storm and no strike craft in the ion cloud.
