so...... what about the Leviathan classes that dwarf titan classes........ think they will ever introduce them into the game?
I'd like to see that just to see how many threads going "OMG it's OP" we can get before ever getting the slightest scrap of info again. [e digicons]:fox:[/e]

Yeah, no way of adding more to the factories. You can, however, have stuff spawned via an ability like Returning Armada. [e digicons]:fox:[/e]
Just going to throw out SFDebris' site as it's an excellent set of reviews of Star Trek. [e digicons]:fox:[/e]
That's also a lot more energy than Star Trek's own weapons, even with your numbers. So why was it ever in danger again? Comes back down to internal consistency. I like Star Trek as a show, but that they keep trying to give scientific-sounding explanations for everything grates on my nerves, as it boils down to "Whatever we feel like for now". [e digicons]:fox:[/e]
There's no way to change that within the game. [e digicons]:fox:[/e]

Considering how bad the AI is, I doubt an adviser system would be all that great. [e digicons]:fox:[/e]
For Impulse issues, I'd suggest contacting Impulse support directly, as Stardock no longer owns it. [e digicons]:fox:[/e]
Seems your install is broken. In Impulse, shift+right click the game and select verify install. [e digicons]:fox:[/e]
It looks like the Pirate ship that used to have an anti-module attack type now has an anti-medium attack type. Interesting....
IIRC, that was a uber-pirate change for Diplomacy that got reverted when the pirates were nerfed. [e digicons]:fox:[/e]
Nonono. I like Star Trek quite a lot. But those numbers open up a lot of holes within Star Trek. Such as... how the hell do the Borg start losing to Species 8472 when they have weaponry like that? Or why would a photon torpedo ever be needed against an unshielded target, let alone not vaporize it? And how is Star Wars turned on it's head? The Cricket gun would tear apart TIE Fighters rather nicely, though. Edit: I'm really long past cari
The problem with trying to compare anything with Star Trek is that 90% of the time Star Trek ignores Star Trek. For example, those numbers make no sense with what we see on-screen. It's virtually impossible to point to anything but the most basic things without there being contradicting sources. And yes, a full comparison doesn't really make sense anyways. [e digicons]:fox:[/e]
If you mean have ships jump from gate to gate instead of edge of gravity well to edge of gravity well, no, not possible. [e digicons]:fox:[/e]
In Impulse: Shift+right click, verify install. [e digicons]:fox:[/e]
I'm not sure where to even begin with that , so I'll just remark on the Star Wars numbers. An ISD-I has 119 turbolasers. And the lighter turbolasers are estimated to a lot more powerful than that. As in more than ten times that number on the low end. Much more than 100 times on the high end. And yes, nobody argues for an unbalanced mod. [e digicons]:fox:[/e]

TEC Insurgency tech uses similar stuff. Anybody test that? (My system is dead atm.) [e digicons]:fox:[/e]
Not in the experience sense, not without breaking the AI. [e digicons]:fox:[/e]

Probably annoys them as much as it does us. [e digicons]:fox:[/e]
To do what? [e digicons]:fox:[/e]
Can't mod the level cap or make leveling frigates. [e digicons]:fox:[/e]
There's a catch. The game didn't get really good until the latest patches. As for GC2, pretty sure it's the same way. [e digicons]:fox:[/e]
You have to register on Impulse to get updates, but other than that, nothing. Edit: Now I'm getting ninja'd by Psy? Fail, me. [e digicons]:fox:[/e]
Vertigo has no target cap, iirc. It's win and awesome against big fleets. [e digicons]:fox:[/e]
