I didn't know where to put this so. I thought I would ask the modders since more than a few of you are graphically inclined. If its too dumb a question just let it drop. My imagination just isn't up to the task of how these suckers sit down and lounge around. Let alone what the cockpit of a fighter would look like.

But you don't know exactly what informational points they are monitoring or even that all the points are always on the same scale. Well said Dead- You make your points quite eloquently. I find my self at a slight disadvantage, since I know what OP means by context only. It actual definition eludes me. Gameplay and balance issues are indeed important and during the development Betas 1-4, feedback of this type would be appropriate. In fact this may be where the Devs want them even now. This is an interesting topic. I have an opinion on it, but for the life of me. I can't figure out why its under the Beta Feedback Header? In the context of the SINS Universe, the defenses are appropriate. They weren't needed and now your in the thick of it. They are what they are and I use them when appropriate. Don't change a thing for me.

With TEC you have a logistical advantage that's hard to beat if you play it right. Advent can wipe you out with culture if played correctly. Military Might alone is not enough in SINS. I can't seem to find that post again. If anyone knows where it is could you provide a link please? Meanwhile I would just like a copy of the dev.exe for testing of the beta if at all possible. How bout it SD/IC I promise I won't abuse it.
