We use my ModEditor for linking the Abilities/Buffs, but for visual analysis this might come in handy.
Thanks! On the primus, gorgeous, beautiful texturing. How many poly's did it use? It looks very detailed. And, I like you chose the darker colour scheme. I'll download the latest build to see ingame.
Just shy of 12k. tried to use less, but this cinematic ship demanded the polys. Hi, being absent for a bit, I must say congrats Hael-sose on this very shadowy ship/structure - creepy. I need to go to sleep now, so I will have to look through your posts tomorrow. Here's something for you: http://s1369.photobucket.com/user/TobiWahn_Kenobi/slideshow/Centauri/Primus edit: It's in the repository for testing now

I can almost walk ;-) Working late night on my day to day job at the moment, perhaps I will have time this weekend to finish the Primus. I'm out of order at the moment, ligamental strain. Hope to be back in action soon though, to finish the primus, than the many vorlon models and finally onto your Narn ones. I like your shadow creations, btw. especially the first one.[quote who="fur
I noticed it also depends a bit on the lighting, how the color comes out. At the start, it seemed more purple, which I prefer since it's more in line with the other models. Meanwhile..
Flat areas (including fins) are purple with gold Imperial/House markings and the built up areas are grey. That still leaves a lot to interpretation. I imagine the markings would vary a bit ship to ship sort of like the CAG markings for a contemporary fighter squadron/wing:
hmmm. <img src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-c6AE0iZx-6s/UXcCYv3V1DI/AAAAAAAAVks/KEKgS5gkFls/s400/the-fall-of-night-05.jpg" alt="" width="400" height="225
Is it possible to add models in game even if the UV application hasn't been done? That way the backlog of models could be seen and would only improve as time went on. One can hope that an additional volunteer will step up to aid with the art work. We still have so much 2D work to do as well.
Yes, but I never wanted that. I have the desire to only include finished models. [e digicons][/e] However long that might take</p

Ahhh, now I know what happens. Upon deleting a stage, the stages need to be renumbered again (for sins). To make the Stringnames correspond to the correct Stages I automatically change the Stringnames to the correct numbering (stage) BUT i do not change the strings, so after deleting the stages, the stringnames now point to the wrong strings. It can easily be corrected, one just needs to change the NameStingID and DescriptionStringID, but I should probably do this automaticall
I really hate when the DB does weird stuff. Rework is so incredibly annoying. Edit: Hours of work shot to hell, and why? No idea. All level 1 are gone and level 2 replicated overwriting all other levels. Edit 2: While attempting to restore lost work I noted that when a level was deleted in one starbase upgrade tab all of that level were deleted in all the other tabs. Example: If level 0 were deleted in any starbase upgrade
@Darvroth Here's a peek for the Torotha with side weapons (and somewhat larger aft fin). I've had to split the anti-verylight weapons into multiple groups because the converter doesn't allow 8 meshpoints for the same weapongroup. http://i60.tinypic.com/n46skh.png
Lovely. Will be away for a little over a week. Have a nice Time.
Correct, IIRC they're kind of gravity field projector:- the Trigati was disabled when another war cruiser sliced the rear fin off, ie it lost the equivalent of its main 'engine'. Although I can't cite a canon source, I get the impression the side fins are used as manoeuvring "thrusters", projecting a differential port/starboard fields to alter the vessel's course.
Nerds!
