I thought they implemented a volatile market and people bitch and complained so much they stabalized it. Anyhoo, I support this idea.

The unexpected responses in this thread could be from an unintended message. Just sayin'.
Interesting. We'll see how it goes.
Harper and Co have demonstrated they really aren't cut out for it. They are mediocraty through and through. They haven't performed terribly but they really haven't exceled at all in any department. This is definitely the time for us to shake things up politically to help us out economically. Best alternative is Ignatieff and the Libs. They've got experience. Not a lot else to be honest. But it's more than the cons have right now :(. What we really need is vi
Rise of Nations probably has the best I know, but it's not stellar or anything. I uses the strengths of each nation to it's advantage. So for instance, if it's russian and it has strong territory and attrition bonuses, it will build wonders that enhance that to really put the pressure on your empire. It uses defenses for what you'r attackign with. So if you have a lot of ground forces, it uses towers and fortresses. If you use sky it counter
Unlocking teams? Hah! Hey thanks a lot for the feedback LikeTheWhirlWind! Will swaying planets and such be resource based or antimatter abilities?
That's exactly why no one is that excited over it...
That sounds like a good peak into what's up. Does anyone know if Blair posted that dev journal he had a few months ago? I've been reading up on game designers recently and want to see how IC does it.
Yeah that was really odd. The coolest thing about BFME was having huge walls and towers to have your guys on/inside, but the downside was not being able to build it yourself. Then in BFME2 they let you bild how you want but wouldn't let you go on the walls. WTF!?
Thanks!
Age of empires 3 and rise of nations had more than 3. Although, rise of legends only had 3.
Isn't it Stardocks responsibility for marketing, not Ironclads? I always thought publishers were supposed to take care of community communications and marketing. Could be a different agreement. I'm utterly underwhelmed by that (bootleg) video. What you seem to be underwhelmed by is what people have been asking for since the beta, even. The main complaint about the current diplomacy system was always that it was o
Oh I see now that it says "Damage Increased" Also, later on you see there is an envoy cruiser mentioned and an ability to lower allegiance over time.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d7_bHIDRAnA Alright I'll calm down and see if anything else comes out. Notice how it says "Battleships improved"? Wonder wha that means.
Why preorder with my money now for a game I know nothing about? I'm going to use that money for another game. Only so many dollars to spend :(
This was pretty lame.
So nothing was announced? No info? I've been scrounging all the gamesights I can and not one mention, no article at all on Diplomacy. Guess I won't be buying it :(
Don't worry, this should be fixed with the upcoming expansion.
I updated the title to be more accurate of the content of the thread. Thanks for the responses so far IC and Community. Keep it comin'! OLD OK, I see tons of info for other games, ME2, assassins creed 2, etc etc.. Where's my IC Sins Diplomacy news!! I've tried to be patient but it's been over a day... i'm gonna lose it!!!!! <
OH HELL NO! keep rock paper scissors at all costs.

I bet their next game will have a far stronger multiplayer. That is if they do something sins related. They'll have more time and experience this time around and you'll see a more complete game (2 or 3 years from now of course).
This is great news. Sins has lasted a long time with a wonderful expansion Entrenchment. This next expansion won't be fully released for another 6 to 9 months i'm guessing. By that time it would be reasonable to let Sins be and focus on new developments. You can only do so much with an expansion, where starting on a completely new game would allow numerous possibilities. Also, with the experience under Ironclad's belt, their next product is sure to show many more improv
