Dyson spheres can be of any size. Though, any solar system to have one would be rather devoid of planets (for obvios reasons)

this is my big question about Diplomacy. How much diplomacy wil we have. I'm a fan of Civ, and anyone who's played can tell you that it makes Sins' diplomatic system look like something that 2 year old wrote (no ofense guys). Complete with technologies and special abilities that help with diplomacy. I'm hoping that this will be something like that.

I just had a thought. Would it be possible to switch wich faction had Insurgency, and possibly have the rebel ships be hidden (ie, no buildable) maquis ships.
I just have to say, the new ship movement changes EVERYTHING. The Klingon ships are made to take advantage of that movement sooo much. A half dozen B'rels and half that many cruisers can hurt a fleet with one or two Capital ships thrown in there if you keep a good eye on them. But it also plays nice against the Feddys 360 firing arcs. One thing though, the Starbases seem a bit underpowered. They deal out rediculous damage, for sure, but they aren't very tough, and I f

I do wonder how it will be constructed. It doesn't seem like the sort of thing that you would build in a shipyard.

Just one question regarding the titans. I haven't really played any mods using titans before, I assume that they will be built at the standard capship construction yard. Or will there be something speccial involved.
