Campaign would be fun. More lore content would be good, with more sins art. It would be fun to have scenarios where your place are determined by your faction, and should achieve something, not just skirmishing everytime. Tutorials are very weak, they only teach you so few things... you barely get a real look on things and even many basic things are not mentioned there. Not to speak about efficient play, noobs get to clue about it from the tutorials. Using a mod

With bombers your fleet will be good enough to break any defense. Taking out factories and repair platforms are good ideas too.
The scales in Sins tend to break down past a certain point, but going from what Ironclad posted back in the day (IIRC) they go akin to: Strike Craft = 10 meters long Frigates/Cruisers = 100 meters Capital Ships = 1 kilometer
These numbers are quite realistic, thanks for the info. We can better guess the titans now I think knowing these numbers.
Any competent player in eco spot is inherently overpowered, regardless of the faction he uses. Thats why you can afford/shall feed your teammates in the first place, if you happen to get into such position. VL if he gets eco position, you surely know where this is heading, huge amount of resources (as Vasari economy is the second best), excellent defenses easily put up everywhere if needed, brutal fleet that can take almost no losses... Phase gates spawned by the Vorastra will reinforce them in a second. And 13 level4 capital ship is good enough I think.. if they all reach higher levels at once, the more screwed are the opponents. They can upgrade capitalships to level 4. @Timmaigh, some
Hosting own games is a problem, especially when there is a 5v5 at the other room and because he is not known people may not join his game if there is absolute low numbers, and people number is slowly decreasing who plays this game (as I noticed).. And kicking someone from a simple 5v5 is a very lame thing just because some friend arrived, and you waited like half an hour to get finally kicked. Best you can do is indicate how good are you, people don't like players that are so stupid, that

If he went capitalship heavy, he will surely be able to kill planets faster than you, and I often see many Vulkoras in VL repertoire to be more efficient in bombardment.
unless you remove those centers.
And who stops the Vasari fleet in doing that? It can easily divide and take out 2-3 adjacent planets, and very soon you will push enemy culture out and colonize, strip, and leave. having 3-4 culture centers at every world is not an option I think, just an annoying thing for the Vasari, you won't buy enough time for yourself if you are like 10 jumps away.
It shouldn't be an impossible thing to make maps of the current galaxy layout, like a 3 player medium map where your place is determined by your race (I read somewhere it is not possible due to random placement of teams), but still would be fun to fight in reality, to be Vasari who invades Trader Space, or TEC who defends against these two races in a FFA, and continuing this, making premade maps for entrenchment where you have somewhat fortified frontline worlds and only some uncolonized

I don't want to be an annoying man, but it would be complete to see the nanite swarms there, as the assault nanite is the anti-structure cruiser for the Vasari, and the other swarms are interesting too (though many players don't like the Rankulus but it's not that bad, only average..)
