And actually, why such a strong opposition against change to this? Cause you feel Hard is a sweetspot for you now? But they could just move that sweetspot to unfair and nothing would change for you, basically. Unlike for quite a lot of people.
The thing is, a lot of work went into making the AI better. It is more smart now. And that is the primary reason that hard AI has become harder.

I dont mean to offense anyone but if you cannot handle hard AIs, dont play against them. I honestly think, that the issue here is not so much the AIs income, but that fact that is has become considerable smarter recently. I dont understand several things here: You state that you are capable of holding your own in th

Generally speaking Repulsion has lost a lot of power since Rebellion.

More importantly, though, I had a question - when the collector's editions were made there was no paper manual available for Rebellion, yet now in the British, Kalypso versions there is. Would there be any way to obtain such a manual in the U
From my experience with various mods, it is necessary to do a phase jump, even when the gravity wells do overlap themselves. In case of overlapping gravity wells, it also tends to confuse the hell out of the ship movement AI, when ordered to phase jump.
To be honest, I don't see why you would want to do that. I mean, I KIND OF do, but I like the upgrade limit. It means you can't have a TEC Starbase with max weapons, hangar, defense, can build ships, can sustain an economy AND blow up when you get it to low enough health... Yeah.
Actually starbases happen to be of limited effectivness because of this, at least if you go ag

The thing that Auxilary Goverment does not protect against loss due to culture is one of the few reasons why the Deliverance Engine is useful now. The only thing helping against Deliverance Engine fire is to build more than usual culture centers of you own. And that usually means the scuttling of several trade ports. Now with the DLC both the Novalith and the Deliverance Engine received a buff. A Novalith hitting a planet wi
