You can only get to 3 from bases, but yeah a level 3 eradica with repulse is pretty much unstoppable.

Eradica Titan + Repulse laugh at the enemy with chastic burst. However a Titan + starbase may give you trouble.

No because there is no reason to defend something which does not exist. This was brought up because there was concern over the Vasari rebels being overpowered. Not the Vasari loyalist, as far as im concerned you're an idiot.

I personally don't think VL is op thats just my thing. And even then we're talking about the VR not the VL right now. Theres no point in bringing them up when we are talking about the Rebels.

Not sure if anyone is as much of a nerd as I am but if you actually look at the opening cinematic for rebellion you will find out alot of cool stuff. I'll list them below should some fan fic writer need this information or if anyone cares for any reason. The Planet Galanthus was one of the first worlds to show full support for the TEC. You can also have a fully upgraded starbase, and another fully upgraded starbase in succession should the other one be destroyed. But the Titan could go with one while you work on the second starbase.

No its ok, just theres not much to it right now. For TEC I get the terran planet upgrade after Modular Architecture. Also its ok we all have fail post sometimes.
