Its more because if we break the Advent Loyalist it will be easier to nerf them to balance. For example, VR is broke as hell right now I personally think they should make starbases only able to jump in friendly gravity wells. I think that will make them balance. I've been playing them a lot recently. And they are just so lack luster, especially when compared to how awesome the Advent Rebels(Even if they are awesome because of their titan their tech is still meh bit I'll discuss this in another thread.) are. I personally do not think they can be redeemed just but moving around techs. They have a lot of layered problems that need to be addressed. They are probably the worst faction right now because they cannot utilize their tech most

I agree tbh. Just cause a titan has one bad aspect does not make it underpowered. The fleet wiping capability + untouchability with this titan when it has repulse is unbeatable.
Its not just 4 labs you have to tech all the way to research "Political Kickbacks". To be honest I think TAR is lack luster when compared to some other super-researches(WotS, Twin Fort, SB Mobilization, Every VL tech). If you actually look at TAR its not THAT good at all mainly because half of the ability is disabled on MP because nobody plays with pirates.

That would be one of the most broken things ever. Just make it immune to phase jump inhibitors and maybe give it like a +50%/100% movement speed boost.
Just make strip a tier 8 tech. And make labs only have one upgrade instead of two so this way capital ships only produce one lab. This will make strip come late enough to where you can't rush a titan. And you wont have a outrageous amount of tech labs for a small fee.
TAR isn't even a problem. Its gives you a huge tradeoff of a good colonizing start but sacrifices your ability to gain XP via creeping.
Personally I think the bugged version should of stayed(with minor revisions of course)
