Playability is all that matters. I don't mind long turn waits or slow movement in the least in a TBS. After all, some of us multi-task other activities while playing. ;) I (and I'm sure many others are) am just happy to be able to play it with what I/we have. :)

So a slow processor only affects the length of delay between turns? Meaning, can I play a huge galaxy with everything turned on with a PII 450 and just have to deal with turn waits?
