XP: C:\Documents and Settings\ username \Local Settings\Temp\Sins Dump Vista/7: C:\Users\ username \AppData\Local\Temp\Sins Dump Minidumps from Sins/Entrenchment should be submitted to [email protected]; only those from Diplomacy should be sent to [email protected].

If only the launcher GUI is not working (which can happen for a variety of reasons such as overeager antivirus, but as it's just the launcher it's not generally worth troubleshooting), try running Sins of a Solar Empire.exe directly from the location you have it installed at. User folders are intentionally left behind on uninstall by may programs to prevent unintended data loss. Saves and such cannot be stored in program files as that would not work under non-administrator user accounts. If you want to remove them manually after uninstall, it's as simple as deleting the Ironclad Games folder from (your user folder)/AppData/Local, or the equivalent location under XP. I'd strongly advise against resorting to third-party uninstall utili
2) Booting another waiting player just so that some well-known "pro" or clansman can cut in line.
It's the hosts game; if a friend pops in and they'd rather play with that person, that's their choice. Maybe not kind to the pugs, but their choice all the same, and hardly reason to blacklist (regardless what you call it, it has the same result).
