I noticed that. The odd thing is they removed Starforce from the Russian version.. They removed Starforce from the russian version after it proved very problematic. The retail game will use SecuRom (same type as Spore uses, but no activation necessary). <
Oh nice, the demo has Starforce included. Well, no demo for me then and no money for them.
Are there any campaigns in this game?
Nope.
Is there a way to label fleets?
Nope.
But I can't really acquire 4-6 planets with only a few ships to fight off the enemy. Are you using windows xp? If yes, what language did you specifiy for non unicode programs to use? (Found under system settings, language options.) I once had a similar problem (not with Sins though) because I've got in on Japanese. After changing it to English I could install it.
Well, immersion is a personal thing, I'll grant you that. But you cannot deny that a game world is much better represented in relation to your character in 3D. For example, gazing at the wrecked horizon of a ruined city is impossible using an isometric perspective. Or properly marvelling at how *huge* that supermutant is before he rams your head down your neck. From an isometric view, both your character and the huge beast are just toy figures. You cannot look up and say "oshit" to you

Those types of games benefit from a bird eye view. RPG's don't.
