Melric: Vista 64 + Nvidia card (often 78XX, 79XX, 8800 series) = trouble. Check out this thread. https://forums.sinsofasolarempire.com/?forumid=408&aid=174838 It sounds like you are a victim of this problem, which apparently NVidia is looking at.

Ok sorry, here is how you do it. 1) Go to your Start Menu and hit Run 2) Type "cmd". It should open up a dos (black) window. It will show you where you are. 3) Go back up the tree to c:\ by typing "cd..". 4) When you are in c:\, then navigate to where you installed the game (probably C:\Program Files\Stardock\TotalGaming\Sins of a Solar Empire) by using "cd [directoryname]" probably you will have to type "cd Program Files\Stardock\TotalGaming\Sin

This is likely the nvidia driver issue. But send the savegame, exception, and anything you have to [email protected]. Also try playing with your in-game graphics settings, see this thread: https://forums.sinsofasolarempire.com/?forumid=408&aid=174838#1443619 Thanks!

You can add wormhole connections by putting a phase lane between two wormholes, then selecting it, and setting the type to "Wormhole". Grasfer: No there isn't at the moment, sorry. And no, the design name is only for GalaxyForge. If you don't set an in game name it will randomly assign one. Leon: That feature hasn't been added to GalaxyForge yet. If you're feeling hardcore, open the Voruk's Labyrinth map in a text editor and look at the bottom where it adds interstar connect

Yes, you can redownload. No there isn't a limit. The download speed varies from person to person. Some people were complaining it was too slow (15 kb/s) and some people were getting insanely fast speeds (2000 kb/s ++)

Yep... play around with it a little and see how it goes. Enigma: There isn't a nice way (yet... we'll probably add this as it seems pretty handy), but if you were trying to play a 2 vs 8 with the AI, then try putting your two human players on a team. Then you should start off in the right spots.
