I saw the update at the top under the yellow alert that says, "Standby". I don't know about adding species. I personally think that they are going to patch each version until they reach a suitable balance point (factions are considered not overpowering, no more critical bugs), than I see them adding a new faction, than balncing that one, and so on until they add the last faction, and finally balance that. Just ran a quick game (4-5 hours!! [e digicons]8C[/e] ), with klingons vs. feds, and I can see now why everyone is complaining. Though it isn't completely impossible to beat a comp opponent that is fed, you do have to develop a strategy of avoiding their starbases in order to cut them down to size (or at least dodging the ones that have max hp researched on them). Anyways, even with that said, it isn't impossible to bring down a max hp fed base with klingon forces. Heck eve

Thanks, also another solution might be increase reload rate for klinks (or maybe a combination of both these suggestions). Remember, you don't have to make one side uber powerful, just make them shoot eachother and deal a similar amount of damage per a measured time frame.
