If you mean game play, I hear there is a Hello Kitty MMO coming out, you might want to check it out. http://www.sanriotown.com/onlinegame/index.php?s=introduction

I like the fact that blobs of white text over a dark background don't blind me as much as the old style used to. But i'm still sure if i stare unmoving at a line of text long enough i can close my eyes and read it.
Sooo, any updates on this topic?
while on the topic of achievements i would like to go slightly off topic. Does completing any of the achievements give you any bonuses other then the bragging rights to to post screen shots showing you found space ponies?
Well I actually want the retail version, since I want the physical version of the soundtrack and the poster..
You can order the CE edition box which will be mailed to you with $20 shipping and handling. It will take a while to get though, but you will have access to the digital download within 10 minutes of buying the game online. The download is about 1 gig.
The multiplayer problems is a BIG issue imo. The devs kept on saying that they knew how to easily fix every multiplayer issue which turned out to be BS, and even for people who have issues that can be resolved it may require several hours of trouble shooting. They dropped the ball on this. Personally, i don't need a campaign. I'll go play Warcraft 3 or dawn of war (been meaning to finish some of those) if i want story with a RTS.
Woo, see the kol battle ship fire a volkswagen instead of a iron bolt! (yes, i played eve).
Problem with randoms is that they disrupt the gameplay. I don't wanna lose my entire attack fleet to some random energy storm.
Valid point. But i would want to see my entire fleet get ripped apart in a random energy storm.
Imagine that you have a empire set up, colony's established and upgraded nicely. It's time to start exploring your planets for any goodies you can get your hands on. When one of your planets finishes exploration, instead of the usual message you get "Contact with a colony has been lost!" You have a "oh crap" moment thinking it's been taken over or something so you send in scouts to investigate, but you lose contact with those as well. Just when you are about to send in the defense fleet
Many stores only ordered 1/3 copies when the game was released, and sometimes only if someone pre-ordered from said store. Sins has not been hyped to the high heavens so these stores are taking their dear sweet time stocking the shelves with Sins. I had asked a local EB games in NL when they would have Sins stocked and was told it would be the 8th. There was a post a week ago about someone in Halifax getting on of the only 2 copies in either the city or the province. Call aro
Oh, that. Never played the beta, and never heard/tired that in the release version. It sounds like they cut it, but it sounds really useful for multistar maps. *sigh*, using a hedge shear instead of a wire cutter for fine tunning, not a good idea.
There is no demo..... You might have a beta version. I assume you are referring to the empire tree to the left of the screen. You can collapse planet info so it is displays as a bar and takes up much less space.
First you have to recolonize it, if enemy culture is still too strong build a few more media hubs and put some caps in the system in question.
Pump out 2/4 scouts (set to auto explore) and you to can know where the good resources are and pounce on them.

I doubt Sins has the same player base as BF2 or COD4. I would like to see some sale figures though, just out of curiosity.
I had trouble hosting games until i realized that my modem is also a router. Might be a good idea to double check the brand/model.
Me, my mates, my family, and everyone I frigging know pirates everything from watches to cars to explosives to software to porn even.
0_- what?
Go to sleep.
The enema cannon...watch out unclean planets and filthy pirates. The advent have the will, way and the power!
I think you got that in reverse...
The TEC super cannon is worth it if you find yourself boxed in and unable to go offensive. Its range is the entire solar system, and i think a 1 1/2 hour delay to reach another solar system (takes about 1 minute to reach the other side of a medium solar system). Asteroid colony = 1 shot, ice/fire planet = 2 shots, terran planet = 3 shots, this is assuming they are fully upgraded with bomb shelters but no planet shields. Note that below is for single player maps. Repair bays make a
Bribing the pirates is actually counter productive if you don't attack yourself at the same time. If you're turtling with defense, let them come to you and fight them only with your capital ships. Kill the planet bombers first and it will be an easy fight with no casualties. Your repair platform will come in real handy. If you have a fleet up, by all means, bribe em. Watch where they go and hit another planet at the same time though. With the ai busy, yo
At the end (or i save/quit for a brake) of some single player games, i see that one AI had just steam rolled another AI with amazing speed. Even if they are attacking you with a huge fleet, another AI could be muching away at their territory until all they have left is that big fleet they amassed one jump away to crush your front line world (happened to me once, BIG ass fleet just sitting one jump away, i'm all worried he might break through, and then i notice i can no longer place bounty on him
Ah yes, bribe the pirates, always bribe the pirates. And watch out for the AI outbidding you 3 seconds before the pirates set sail. If you got maxed out defenses on a planet and a medium'ish fleet you can level up your capitals with pirate raids, what very few losses you will suffer will be worth it.
