Yep Dynamic movement is going to be entirely optional within our mod it will be included but will NOT be the default setting for our mod you will have to enable it yourself. Thank's for the suggestions Varek, those have been intergrated in to the next patch amongst the few other millions of things that have been changed, this patch is turning out to be quite sizeable now with many little tweaks and changes all over the place. We'll hopefully get it released soon however a ful set of changed files hasnt been made, compiled or even finished yet but it's coming along very well!
It is possible to make them unable to move by using an ability and applying the bool modifier: entityBoolModifier "DisablePhaseJump" Using it as a debuff against itself simple effect really ;)

Ok first of all modding can be done entirely free, myself & the rest of the Distant Stars team have spent £0.00 on modding. A free program to open .rar files or .7z files can be found by searching for: WinRAR or 7Zip, these can easily be found using Google or any search engine. Aslong as the files you are modifying are already in TXT format (Sins files are either in TXT or BIN format you can convert them using some tools that can be found in this modding section of the forum
