Makes sense. The Rebellion though can spam capital ships, up to 16, (as well as the vanilla factions) because fleet supply and capital ship crews are separated research, where the Empire must upgrade fleet supply to get more capital ships.

I like this mod over SOGE (mainly due the the absolutely insane amount of time it takes to play SOGE with the absurdly large gravity wells and slow ship speeds/slow phase jump speeds) but I have two questions/comments: 1- Why the complicated way of ship research? Especially for the Imperial factions (ISDs through fleet cap, Dreadnoughts through flet cap + armor upgrades)...and more importantly I do not think the ISD for one should require any research. For new players interested in getting better at the game: The donuv can be a good cap, but requires good and constant micro and I wouldn't recommend it. it can counter a prog, but you've got about a 2-3 second window to drain his AM or you'll still get maliced. Get an akkan instead, target uplink is an ability that is extremely useful all game. Ion will counter other abilities and is a cap kill

JustSmallTurtle does this all the time, but even worse. He will purposefully lag to get people to quit so he can get the win.
VR titan level 5 and up does rape frigates better than any other titan (at level 6 its massive insta kill) I have insta killed 80 HCs before with a level 8 VR titan. its an epic aoe killer that doest require the titan to face any target The problem is playing vs somebody stupid enough to let the titan in range of the frigates in the first place. or keeping AM reserves high enough with advent/vasari battleships constantly draining it. The aoe disabling ability is nice
