I think the main reason Stardock wanted Titans to keep there levels (though I don't personally agree with either of these) 1) Because there is only 1 titan you can have in the entire game at any one time, therefore the effect of it keeping its levels doesn't seem severe as it sounds as the 1 titan can only be in one place at a time. 2) As previously stated, Titans take a very long time to level/build. Personally I feel the Titans shouldn't retain there

Wow that is a lot of culture, never seen it that high!
Very interesting bug list, my advice would be to send Yarlen a copy of this link, before the next patch is released. They might be able to fix some of these bugs as I do know that some of these features you have mentioned, did indeed use to work in previous versions of the game so it could be a simple fix.
It was a very ingenious way of doing things, though I suspect it was found by trial & error :P Still very interesting, I may use this Ability toward the end of my Mod (couldn't stand the dev exe errors in the mean time ha ha). @GoaFan77, *Off Topic* Do you know of an updated Galaxy Scenario Definition which lists all the Planetary Bonuses and other unlisted items in the stock Definition which comes in Galaxy Forge?
How was he able to give a tech that only the AI could research? I assume it was a research button a Player couldn't see on there screen, but as the AI is all knowing it could see it and interact with it?
Galaxy Forge Anyone have an updated Galaxy Scenario Definition which includes the many unlisted Planetary Bonuses and other items that definately isn't listed in the stock Galaxy Scenario Definition which comes with the Galaxy Forge Tool...? Many thanks with any help provided,
Trouble with that is, everything is so small ... I wanted it to be larger. Welcome to tiny rebellion ha ha! Can you imagine how tiny fighters would be 50% of their original size [e digicons]:|[/e]
Oh no your joking .... there goes my plans to alter the sizes to make them bigger....
Its actually not a bad idea +1
I dont think I have seen a time condition, as far as I am aware they persist indefinately until they strike there target or where there target was destroyed. The same with debris, I believe that continues to persist, could these things contribute to late game lag?
Two questions I would really be interested to know the answers to. 1) When playing on large maps and long games there can be a tipping point of when the game begins to get more and more laggy. I wondered if this lag isn't helped by the fact there can be dozens/hundreds of debris and/or missiles travelling through space that never seems to disappear. Example, missiles are approaching a target, the target manages to jump out of the Grav Well and so the missiles decide to pur
Thank you for updating the shields, hope you can get them to be more coloured and each race has a specific colour (i.e. Tec are orange/yellow shield effect).
Sorry I think I misquoted from another thread, to many windows open >. I think limiting superweapons is fine, as long as they are buffed and it isn't hardcoded.</
I thought there were going to be new picture sets in trinity as the pictures for trinity show 3 new people I have never seen before. I wish they would turn those into picture sets, even though they are slightly cartoony.
just on or off isn't enough, if they do that than add a third option to limit them too. I really disliked having them unlimited, but by no means want them removed completely. They have their uses even when limited.
Erm I hate to burst your bubble but this type of post won't encourage the Devs to remove the limit on super weapons, why you ask? Well its simple, they want you to actually play the game, not create
Although I have read that series and enjoyed it, I believe the best Sci-Fi series I ever have read so far is by Peter F. Hamilton Nights Dawn Trilogy, in my personal Mod I have based my Confederation similarly to that, as the Tec are already very similar anyway. 1) The Nights Dawn Trilogy 2) The Common Wealth Series (1st one wih Morning Light Mountain) 3) Saga of Seven Suns.
Quoting Teun-A-Roonius, reply 10In their original rebellion features list the dev's even stated that there would be "Rebel and Loyalist versions of existing ships". Didn't happen while it would have made the subfactions way more diverse if they did implement new ship versions... They may not be implimenting it in beta, I hope they do in the final version though.
My on
Quoting Polistes, reply 1You multiplayer people need to stop trying to ruin the fun for those who play SP only. I agree with the OP and I play single player only, simply put, having Titans retain their XP and Level is ludicrous, it goes against everything in the game.
This ^^
It was a locked team game, hence we can't go to war, therefore the AI shouldn't break the diplomacy pacts as it doesn't make sense and ruins the continuous play, but thank you for the response, if it was a normal game without locked teams then I would agree some what, though for an Ally to terminate all pacts after you have just won is a bit much, maybe the developers could set it as a percentage, i.e. 50% of the time an AI will do
1) When you win a game (playing against/with AI) the victory "chant" continues to loop endlessly. Example for the Advent, "The Unity is victorious, the unity is vicorious, the unity is victorious etc etc". 2) When Playing with/against the AI on a locked team match and you win then press continue Playing, your so called Ally immediately breaks all diplomacy pacts with you, even though you have the highest possible standing, they will no longer accept pacts with you ... please can this
I would like to see them update the little buildings and ships which appear around a colonised planet also. At the moment the ships aren't even ships they look like 2d sprites which circle station to station.
They won't release until the official release of Rebellion, if they did it would impact on the Beta test of the unmodded game and that is the game they are concerned about. On the bright side, when they do finally release, it will also be with a new particle forge etc :)
Ah I see that is fine then thank you for the quick response :) *Breathes sigh of relief* been holding that one for quite a while.
Quick query, when Impule was becoming GameStop they sent me an email regarding the change over and said they were refunding any pre-purchased games. I shortly received an email and refund for Dungeon Defenders (I had pre-ordered) I never received an email or refund regarding Rebellion, presumably because I wasn't charged for the pre-order. Is there any way to check that I am down on your system as having pre-ordered and that all is ok? Many thanks, Ben. P.S. Is
When scrolling in, just use your arrow key to shift your camera slightly to the left, right, up or down and it shouldn't auto track the target once you have done that, unless you zoom toward the target again. Hope this helps.
