I like the idea of Psychic beings because it would sort of make sense for why some of the advent rebelled.
Isn't DPS wise though the Advents Plasma weapons are stronger than the Vasari's? What we know the Advent can do is develop a contained form of Plasma which is used in most of their weapons. They can also deploy use of their Plasma weapons more rapidly than the Vasari.

Most likely your idea isnt related to their rebellion you may have thought of an idea for a rebellion mod. It doesent mean they looked at your mod and said "man thats a great idea lets make a game based on it". Hey I have these apples I think it would be great to make an apple farm. Wait what someone else made another apple farm?! That was my idea!
I hate that when I play this game we look at some of the Capital ships in this game most are just niche or just unviable in general. I've been going on a thought process to buffing the unviable and making the niche more practical in an actual fight. So I decided to go class by class with ideas on what to do with the Capital Ships and im sure stardock won't take notice of this thread but you never know. I understand what you are saying, but I really dont think the harmony tree would miss those 3 upgrades to be honest. It serves its purpose but I dont think anyone upgrades the Harmony tree for the Hardened Cities upgrade.

I put them on easy difficulty. That may have been the problem as I dont believe he sent envoys At least people agree with me!
