It sounds like you're missing some registry entries or Impulse/the launcher are blocked from the registry. If you email , they should be able to help get things straightened out.

Support should be able to help with this. Chances are it's just a cached data issue--they can provide scripts to clear things up if that's the case.
Contact about this, they should be able to help.
Regardless, can help with any registration or account issues just as much now as then.
Are you on a university network or similar? If so, they may be blocking the port used for ICO traffic. Otherwise, please contact for further help.
We've not yet determined if we'll be doing a retail boxed release for Rebellion, so for the time being *all* Rebellion preorders will be download only, regardless where you're at. If we do decide to do a retail box though, it would be available for shipping worldwide just as the download is.
GOTY should register as standard Sins, so if it is not being accepted as that option, please contact support as above.
Make sure that you're entering one and zero rather than I or O. Otherwise, please contact and they should be able to help with creating an account on ICO for online play, or for help with registering in Impulse for updates.
Don't misunderstand. We do not accept or condone piracy under any circumstances; we make demos available and games are an entertainment product, so "would never be able to play it otherwise" is no excuse either. We may not all be able to afford Lamborghini s, but we do without those just as well. There are plenty of legitimately free or low-cost alternatives that serve the same purpose--entertainment is no different. We just don't think it's
3.Scrolling time frames for recordings serially x8 speed and not being able to choose a specific time is annoying. pretty sure its possible to make the game can jump to that instance of time picked by the player for any recording.
Replays work by reproducing the commands issued in the actual game--it's not a video. So while it might be feasible to have snapshots of the game state at arbitrary points every N minutes that you could skip to, there's really no way t
Preorders do not appear in Impulse unless there is a preload or beta and you've been charged and issued a serial key. If the order is still pending, you can confirm with .
Are you trying to create an account on ICO or register the game on this site? If the former, please contact . If the latter, try registering the game directly in Impulse. If you do not already have it installed, you will need it to update anyway; it can be downloaded here .
Impulse is only built to handle a single registration of a given product per account. If you recently purchased Trinity and intended it as a new copy rather than as an upgrade to your existing Sins products, simply contact about it and they may be able to facilitate your request to correct the email registration. Making threats of legal action is neither necessary nor helpful.
$70 for 7mb and local channels only. Gotta love those cable monopolies.
We cannot queue payments for future charge with Paypal. However we usually leave ordering open for at least a while once a beta opens, so you should be able to preorder with Paypal when that time arrives.
Clearing the appropriate bin file from C:\Users\All Users\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire\License should allow you to manually reactivate.
Current updates are only available via Impulse, however if you need to update an offline machine, you can download the entire latest version of the game via Impulse Anywhere and reinstall.
If you're having registration issues for any game, please contact .
Do you have an actual monitor driver installed and not the default windows PnP driver? The options Sins offers are based on what windows reports as available. Failing that, if you don't wish to use windowed mode, the resolution can be set manually in the user.setting files in C:\Users\ username \AppData\Local\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire\Setting.
Selling accounts is a violation of RIFT's terms of use . Sins is older than Impulse Reactor so it uses its own achievements system. You'll find the option to view them in the single player menu.
Please contact about update/Impulse issues, they should be able to help.
You will be able to play single player, however serial keys are account-bound and generally cannot be reregistered. So you will not be able to get updates, play on ICO, or be eligible for any discount on Rebellion.
email support at unless you are the one that was recently banned from ICO (see post).
An ICO ban would have no impact on Impulse.
I've asked support to look back into this. Please note however that it is not uncommon for European game retailers to re-shrinkwrap returned or traded-in games.
