In Halo battles, ships moved themselves into posistions that that gave them the most advantage. Using dynamic movement would not be condusive to this as all the ships continue to fly in circles and make passes at each other, which is very un-Halo lile. Using the normal static movement during battles allows for relativly static battle lines, which is prominant in Halo, and allows individual ships the opportunity to make manuevers if the need arises.

I was going to give it the benifit of the doubt, just because I know how easy it is to pick and choose things and make it look like something it isn't, but in this case there's panel after panel that are damn near exactly the same. The dialouge is even similar.
Where have you seen that Elemental will require you to save your game online?

Basically i've started a new game i've loaded up the factions in the slots that relate to there proper starting posistions (Earth=Fed, Romulas=Romulins ect.) in relation to the map fortune favours the bold. I've then saved the game and reloaded it and took control of the Kilingons as i wanted to give them a b
Save games are not compatible with new updates. Sry, but with the way things work, changing the game engine means it's nealy impossible for it to understand old games and display the data in what we expect.
Couple of concerns...some of which may be unwarranted to due to changes and/or misconceptions about the economic model. So the outpost with ranger billy can't grow because of his poor governor skills, but still gets the extra bonuses from direct control of whatever resource it controls. But, because it cant grow it cant take proper use of the extra resources as much as say, City B, that is 7 tiles away, thus most of them are wasted because the outpost doesn't have the proper buildings to
Can't you change it and add it as a simple 1 file minimod?
You could with the fleet supply mod simply by changing the gameplay.constants file, as I elabortated in my 1st post. However, if you want capital ships too then you need change all 8 capitalship crew research entities.
That's true, harpo, but it's changing 1 line every few months or so rather then 8 files once. So if there's less then 8 updates my way is better.[e digicons];P[/e]
An easier way is to change your gameplay.constants file. Go to your babylon 5 mod folder, it will be in C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire\Mods-Entrenchment v1.05\Babylon5\GameInfo. There may be a few small differences, but you should be able to find your way. Some folders may be hidden, so you may hav to adjust your folder settings. Once there, find the gameplay.constant file and open it with a text editor, notepad works great. Find the line
It doesn't desync all the time. Anecdotal evidence suggests more like 10-25% for the average player. Bad, yes, but not hopeless.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but there seems to be an error. When I go to extract the rar into my mod folder it won't fully extract because it says "data error in 'SOA2 0.4.2.E\TEXTURES\Romulan_V7Whitewind-cl.dds' file is broken" I skipped that file and checked that's the only one that's bad. Everything else extracts fine.
