Quoting Elrosh, reply 58Advent rebel Protection of the Unity works anywhere, not just in culture. And you are on crack, its an AMAZING tech when you combine it with culture bonuses and the shield techs. I know what I'm talking about. The game files Zombie quoted say clearly its only in culture (and I've asked a Dev too). And the default passive regeneration rate of even the Crusader is only 2 shields per second.

PS: About how much fleet supply would someone have when the titans first start appearing?
I guess that all depends on how early you want your Titan. Whenever I get the enemy Titan warning, I make sure I've got at least 6 Drone Hosts filled with bombers ready to respond, but that's for a level 1 Titan.
For the Advent Rebels, Mass Communion should not just decrease the cost of culture buildings, it should also make all of a player's culture buildings generate a small amount of income, giving the Advent a much needed economic boost. Shield Restore for the Temple of Renewal should be a passive ability and or be moved to the repair station. The Advent Rebels are mostly fine. However, they have 1 less technology compared to any other

I get annoyed when the game introduces conditions of play in the late game that cannot be anticipated, as you might try to do in a 'strategy' game. According to the Trinity manual I am unlikely to survive with the Kostura Cannon in play? I also noticed it has disabled planetary shield production on the target planet. Is there any counter to this enormous threat, apart from trying to take out the

The planet generating 87 culture probably only had one or two phase lanes, correct? While your capital most likely had 3-4. The assault nanites should be replaced with flak nanites or some kind of utility nanites that slow down ships or reduce weapon recharge. You as the attacker have control over when the titan dies, hence when this ability will activate, using your bombers you can get your fleet to a safe distance, once the titan activates this ability all you have to do is keep away from it until the ability ends at which time the titan will die, if you get out of the way its ability is useless
&nb
