If you get over being murdered by pirates your first few games, this game is very easy to learn and fun to play. Everybody gets owned by the pirates the first time.

In addition to what Volt said, The goal of the alliance is not directly to take out "the other side". They are already at war with the "other side". The goal of the alliance is to have peace and to be ready when the Vasari's doom gets there. However, the TR, AL and VL are getting in the way of that peace, they won't stop attacking, except the factions they had been attacking just tripled in strength via alliance. In order to have peace, the others MUST and WILL
Composite damage deals damage to titans at 70% of the listed damage.
Darn. Bombers it is then.
Destras aren't going to help you though. You have to hit really hard to overcome the 20 HPS regenerated. Remember that Destras may have more DPS than that, but they have to go through mitigation and armor first, meaning that the 20 HPS of Nano Leech is still far more than the 20 DPS or so of the Destras.
I may be wrong but I assumed that Destras, being heavy cruisers, deal extra damage
No.. I had a full fleet, maxed supply.. against this single enemy. It just kept on going and my caps were dying all over the place.. radiances included.. Appreciate the tips all! I accidentally wrote over my save game after starting a new game, so I can't test them out in practice.. but I'll give 'em a whirl next time! Also; The Vasari Titan "The Maw" ability is hysterical!
Yes
I know about this but have not encountered it myself. As an Advent player, a simple solution would be to keep the Titan away from my ships either by kiting it, or ismply by pushing it away using Repusle while my bombers have at it. But I'm thinking, could one or two Radiance Battleships using DA keep its antimatter empty so it can't use Nanoleech? You know, in case I don't have enough bombers or guardians on hand and need to move in with my fleet to destroy it.
I had come to the same conclusion as Volt_Cruelerz since I read the lore of the Rebellion factions. The TEC Rebels basically hate all aliens and want them dead, this makes alliances with either Advent or Vasari impossible, and alliances with TEC Loyalists unlikely as the loyalists would rather sit behind their walls in peace and would not cooperate to offensive campaigns on the Rebel's part. The TEC Loyalists, on their part, want the war to end. Right now th
Unless your enemy is using bombers...which just happen to be the best thing against titans...
Indeed.
You obviously don't want your Titan to be destroyed, but with that ability, the guy you're pouding into atomic dust with said Titan doesn't want it to be destroyed either, lest he suffer the punishment tenfold.
Well, Corsev is considered to be pretty damn nasty if you micro very well, but I have a feeling this ship will be nerfed... The new Vasari cap also is OP when coupled with a lvl 6 Titan (can't remember which one) since you can essentially make infinite ships for free (albeit rather slowly)...I assume this will also be fixed... On the assumption those two get nerfed, I think the Discordia will end up being the stronge
What you should probably do is read the tooltip on the Ankylon Titan, especially the part where it says you require two capital ship captains and 150 fleet supply to build the Titan.
It's the Eradica Titan, of the Advent Rebels. The invincibility lasts for 2 minutes at level 6 and 4 minutes at level 8. The invisibility is a bug.
The funny thing is that a Coronata titan will win in a one on one with an Eradica titan when both titans are level 10. Even though a lot of people think the Coronata is underpowered. I think the Supression Aura ability is one of the greatest (if not the greatest) passive abilities in the game.
That's because the Eradica is made for taking out multiple targets at once while the Coronata is better equipped for
Considering this one has to die, it's twice as annoying and dangerous as others when it goes super saiyan. Also, there still seems to be a texture bug on the front of the Eradica.
I can't say for the increased XP gain but Mass Transcendance does not give Advent Titans a passive XP gain, so they won't magically get to level 4 by sitting around in friendly gravity wells.
So I gather from this thread that 4 of my 6 cores and 14 of my 16GB RAM are doing nothing at all when playing Sins?
I must admit, now that the duration's been doubled, I'm really looking at Unyielding Will as an extremely powerful weapon. At level 2, with 1000% AM regeneration and 150% cooldown reduction, it can cast Chastic Burst every 5 seconds, in addition to its regular firepower. It'll wipe out anything that didn't get the hint to phase jump the hell out of there.
That looks like a prototype model. The coloring was done by hand, it seems. The KOL was written with a black permanent marker as far as I can tell.
Quoting RiddleKing, reply 10any titan with repulse is unstoppable really.. Eh, I suppose but the Eradica in general just has a huge amount of firepower.
Yeah I don't see the Coronata wiping out a fleet by itself just as easily. It's missing a powerful AoE ability and has less weapons overall. It'll do a number on cap ships though.
Well usually pirates are off in multiplayer so:p
I am not surprised. Was it always like that or is it just because they're damn dangerous early-game now?
You can only get to 3 from bases, but yeah a level 3 eradica with repulse is pretty much unstoppable.
The base had a few extra pirate raids sitting around.
Eradica Titan + Repulse laugh at the enemy with chastic burst. However a Titan + starbase may give you trouble.
I'm having a lot of fun combining Malice, Fracture, Chastic Burst and Psionic Scream. Also, insta-level 5 for the Eradica using the pirate base.
Now we all agree it kinda sucks the Eradica has to die for its ultimate to work, even though it got its duration doubled and can now wipe out entire fleets when it enters Unyielding Will. So, for once, I decide to actually use it as I've got a perfect opportunity for it. My Titan's severely damaged from all the butt kicking it's been doing when one of my planets gets attacked by a massive fleet. I figure I'll send the Titan, get it killed so it can go godmode on them a
I'd be very happy with capital ship models, as long as we get to choose at least which faction we want it from, if not which capital ship specifically. ...or have all of them :D
Indeed, when they destroy your ships, they have a 10% chance to ressurect them, or clone them, for a limited amount of time.
